Edwinstree Chapel is a self-contained converted Victorian Chapel within the large gardens of a 17th century cottage. The accommodation is both comfortable and totally private with a double bedroom with four-poster bed and en-suite shower and toilet, sitting room with or without twin beds, large fully equipped kitchen/diner with fridge, freezer, washing machine, double oven, hob and microwave. There is also a conservatory leading to the gardens and overlooking the paddock. Guests are welcome to use the gardens and the horse loves an occasional carrot!

The Chapel, whilst being located in very peaceful rural surroundings, is not isolated but is within easy reach of all surrounding major routes including those to Stansted Airport, London or Cambridge yet with only a very short drive to local shops or public houses etc. The tiny hamlet of Dassels, wherein The Chapel is situated, is part of the larger village of Braughing with its several pubs serving good meals both at lunchtime and in the evenings. There is also a general store/post office and a butchers shop which produces the world renowned Braughing sausages.

Whether you want a week or two away or need to stay for a day or so on business or visiting friends or family in the area, you will receive a warm and friendly welcome at Edwinstree Chapel.
